RETURN POLICY
Life happens and sometimes it just doesn’t work out, not a problem. We offer STORE CREDIT for returned items, excluding FINAL SALE items listed below. Your items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. The STORE CREDIT will be issued via a code sent to your email within 2-3 days of receiving your returned package. Please note that returned items must be unworn and original tags attached. Shoes must be in the original box when shipped back.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges:
*Jewelry
*Basics-Bralettes, Camis, Leggings
*Handbags
*All Items ending in .97
*All Items in the DEAL or NO DEAL Category
*Special Order Items
DEFECTIVE ITEM? If you think that the item you have received is defective, please contact us within 3 days at customerservice@divaliciousclothing.com. We will then review your request and address the issue. We will not make exceptions once the merchandise has been washed, worn or the tags have been removed.
